Dyflon ceramic coating is produced by Sol Gel method, which is a liquid Ceramic. The main ingredients of ceramic coating are SiO2, Al2O3, and TiO2.

The coating compounds are inorganic substances in combination with physical and chemical structures. It is harmless to humans, while providing fine heat resistance, superior abrasion resistance, and good nonstick performance.

It also emits infrared radiation at high temperatures, thus it can make dishes tastier and healthier.

Dyflon ceramic is not only affective when applied to cookware, but also it can be applied to various industrial products such as hair straighteners, and heaters.
