This product is our newly developed coating with fluorine resin properties, its main component is PTFE and contains liquid Diamond.

The coating has good antibacterial, abrasion resistant, to prevent high temperature acidification, heat resistance, Smell removal performance.

It has good hardness, contains minerals which can emit far-infrared radiation, so beneficial to humans.

Pencil test The pencil scratches the surface of the coating at an angle of 45°C and a weight of 1KG. 3H and above
Abrasion resistance test Using a No. 66 plastic spoon, rubbing distance at a 45 degree angle: 10 cm, speed of rubbing table: 60 times/min. Load: 500g, left and right friction cycles: 2000 cycles. More than 2000 times (slightly exposed)
Adhesion test Cross-cut the surface of the coating at a pitch of 1 mm, press and adhere with 3M tape, and peel it off more than 10 times. No exception
Water resistance After being boiled for 8 hours, let it cool naturally. No exception
Oil resistance Precipitate in edible oil at 200°C for 8 hours and then cool naturally. No exception
Salt water resistance After setting the internal temperature of the salt water sprayer to 35 & plusmn; 2 ℃, spray a solution containing 10% sodium chloride. 72 hours
Salt water resistance After the surface temperature reaches 80°C, perform a non-fried egg test. After the surface temperature reaches 160~170°C, check whether the eggs can be easily separated from the frying pan 10 times
