Dyflon ceramic coating is produced by Sol Gel method, which is a liquid Ceramic. The main ingredients of ceramic coating are SiO2, Al2O3, and TiO2.
The coating compounds are inorganic substances in combination with physical and chemical structures. It is harmless to humans, while providing excellent heat resistance, superior abrasion resistance, and great nonstick performance.
